Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange. Please see below our Return Policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all the original tags and labels attached.
Items in the exception list below may not be returned. Items returned may be subject to Restocking Fees.
RESTOCKING FEES
The following items may be subject to restocking fees of up to 50% of the item value:
- Not properly packed returned items and/or accessories.
- Items returned to SAAV Gaming PCs by reasons other than material or workmanship. defects.

Items returned without authorization or RMA number.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at support@buysaav.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving the RMA number, make sure to follow all the instructions provided by the customer service agent. Please put the following remark on the package:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, duties, and fees. We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for items over $100 USD.
All products returned to us must include a tracking number and original serial number (on the Computer Tag attached on the model) in order to process the return.
REFUNDS / EXCHANGES
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipts of your item to process your return or exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.
REPAIRS
Please refer to our LIMITED WARRANTY Policy for more information on product repairs and warranty coverage.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalized or Customized items.
- Items that have been damaged by User Error or Negligence.
- Items that have been damaged due to natural calamities or fluid contact.
- Items that have been damaged due to intervention from a third party, such as technical support services or logistics services not authorized by SAAV Gaming PCs.
- Items that contain minor cosmetic damage or imperfections including scratches, marks, dents and discoloration.
- Items that show damage or malfunctions not resulting form defects in material or workmanship.
- Items which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
- Digital or Downloadable Purchases.
- Gift Cards.
- Software.
