No, at the moment we only shipped to the US mainland.

How much does shipping cost, and what are the delivery times?
All of our orders come with FREE SHIPPING. If you need overnight or expedited shipping, please contact us for more details.

What countries do you ship to, and what are the international shipping rates?
At the moment we only shipped to the US mainland.
Can I change the shipping address after the order has been processed?
No. If you need to change you shipping address please cancel the order and place a new one or contact us directly.
What shipping carriers do you use for gaming PC deliveries?
We use both UPS and FedEx.
Is it possible to track my order in real-time during the shipping process?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once the order has been shipped.
What happens if my gaming PC is damaged during shipping?
Please contact us immediately if you suspect that your computer has been damaged in transit.
Are the gaming PCs pre-assembled, or do I need to assemble them myself?
All our gaming PCs are prebuilt and ready to go out of the box. Everything is plug and play, with very minimal setup needed.
Can I customize the components in my gaming PC before it’s assembled?
We do not offer any customization on our Gaming PCs beyond the variations listed on our website. All of our systems are prebuilt in advance and are ready to ship.
Are these gaming desktops tested before they are shipped?
All of our gaming computers are tested for performance and functionality before they are shipped. This ensures that your computer is running and the correct temperatures and performing according to specification.
Can I upgrade individual components of my gaming PC after purchase?
Yes you can. Keep in mind however that our limited warranty does not cover third party items, upgrades, additions, and software not sold by us.
What components brands do you use for your systems?
We use a mix of major and in-house brands to assemble our products, depending on availability. While all components will be shipped according to the specifications requested, we cannot guarantee specific brands and models.
My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?
Please make sure to check your tracking number. If the tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, please contact us for assistance.

What is your policy on order cancellations and refunds?
As long as the order hasn’t shipped you are welcome to cancel to receive a full refund. Order cancellations and refunds after your order has been shipped are governed by our return policy.
